Evaluate AI systems for bias and transparency

Assess real-world AI systems by conducting bias and transparency evaluations, data-quality audits, and risk-mapping exercises.

Create framework-aligned controls

Design practical governance artifacts aligned with each framework’s clauses.

Apply governance across the AI lifecycle

Implement core governance tools and methods, such as risk registers, RACI matrices, red-team testing, and fairness dashboards, to apply governance practices across the AI lifecycle.

Collaborate in cross-functional governance

Work effectively in cross-functional teams through stakeholder workshops and simulations to negotiate trade-offs and finalize governance decisions.

Monitor AI compliance and performance

Monitor AI performance and support compliance through fairness dashboards, red-team test results, and structured documentation of governance activities.
