Who is this training for?
AI foundations and real-world applications
You will stop guessing what AI actually is and start seeing exactly how it works and where it is already changing the industries and roles around you. From understanding the difference between narrow and general AI to recognising how organizations are using it right now, you will leave this block with a clear mental model of the technology shaping our world.
Key technologies (algorithms and models)
You will go inside the systems that make AI work and start connecting what you see to the world around you. From machine learning and deep learning to neural networks and natural language processing, you will build a working understanding of the technologies that power the tools and products you already use every day.
Data and agent essentials
This block gives you the practical literacy to understand how data is collected, cleaned, and prepared. You will also take your first steps into AI agents systems that go beyond single prompts to plan, use tools, and complete multi-step tasks autonomously. By the end, you will have the foundation to engage with both the data and agentic sides of modern AI.
Building AI models
You will follow the model-building journey from the inside, seeing exactly how algorithms are selected, trained, and tested against real data. By the end of this block, you will understand what makes a model reliable, how performance is measured, and what happens when a system needs to improve.
Reviewing AI tools
You will move from understanding to doing, exploring widely used AI platforms and tools in practical, applied contexts. This block helps you develop the judgment to evaluate tools for a given situation and the confidence to use them in your own professional environment.
AI ethics, governance, and future trends
The most important conversations about AI are not technical. They are human. This block equips you to engage critically with the ethical and societal implications of AI, understand the governance frameworks shaping it globally, and think clearly about where it is heading next.
What you will learn
Six blocks. Real skills. Immediately applicable.
How you will learn
Our programs are built on learning science, not convention. Designed around how adults actually learn: through challenge, reflection, and direct application to real work. Delivered fully online, combining live sessions, hands-on activities, and structured independent work. Every session is recorded. Learning fits around you, not the other way around.
01. DISCOVER
Understand who you are and what you want. We start by mapping your goals, your context, and your experience, so everything that follows is built what around actually matters to you.
02. CO-CREATE
Shape the learning, not just receive it. Content and challenges are built around real professional contexts, so the learning feels relevant from day one.
03. APPLY
This is where knowing becomes doing. Real scenarios, live problem-solving, and hands-one exercises that connect directly to your professional experience.
04. REFLECT
Connect insights, strengthen what lasts. Through discussion and guided debriefs, you link new knowledge to what you already know and make it yours.
05. IMPACT
You leave with more than knowledge. You leave with the confidence, judgement, and capability to make a difference where it counts.
Learning activities
Every session comes with a set of resources designed to support how you learn, not just what you learn. These are practical, ready-to-use tools that support your learning every step of the way.
Flashcards
Bite-sized concept reviews to reinforce key terms and ideas between sessions.
Quizzes
Short knowledge checks that help you track your understanding as you progress.
Cheatsheets
Concise reference guides you can use during sessions and take back to your work.
Session plans
A clear overview of each session so you know what to expect and how to prepare.
Reflection cards
Structured prompts that help you connect what you have learned to your own professional context.
Further readings
Curated resources for those who want to go deeper on any topic covered in the program.
