Sascha Maier is the Group Chief Information Security Officer of the SV Group in Zurich, a leading gastronomy and hotel management group with business units in community restaurants, public catering, hotel management, and digital solutions. Before that, he was for more than 10 years the CISO of IWC Schaffhausen, the well-known luxury watch manufacturer from Schaffhausen. In his function, he was responsible for the complete IT & Information Security of IWC at all locations.
