About the course
Two groups of RedTeam and BlueTeam compete against each other to earn the maximum points. Each group of the team is provided with an all-inclusive environment containing +30 exercises and a SOC area to monitor any suspicious adverse activities.
Red Teams practice cyberattack exercises while BlueTeams detect them through log analysis and fill reports.
Concurrently, the Airbus referee team injects external attacks to challenge BlueTeams incident response capacity and reactivity.

Course objectives
- Evaluate methodologies organization and soft skills
- Improve BlueTeam and RedTeam coordination
- Understand weaknesses of security configurations
- Work around vulnerabilities found in systems
- Monitor and survey opponents activities
- Filter and configure Splunk SIEM
Blue Teams will detect, analyze potential threats and report with the following tools: Rsyslog - Splunk - Redmine
What you will learn
Participants join as a group of two teams in independent training environments on the CyberRange. RedTeams will practice on different series of exercises :
- Web injections and exploitations
- Linux and Windows system pen-testing
- Netpacket analysis
- Misc and bruteforcing.
Certificate
After the session, training certificates will be provided by the Swiss Cyber Institute and Airbus CyberSecurity for each participant, in an electronic format.
