Date: 24 March 2023 – 11:00-12:00
Location: Online webinar via Zoom
Join our Cyber Talks Series "Know Your Talents Instead of War for Talents" to learn why and how you should target and attract talents early, the benefits of a fusion instead of interfaces between Hiring Managers and HR, to identify solutions to close and address the shortage of talents in the cybersecurity space. What is feasible – what is fundable?
Description:
The war for talents is constantly being talked about and it is clear that this “war” will not/never end – certainly not in the field of cyber security. Endlessly going over the statistics that demonstrate the gap between the supply of talent and the multitude of jobs is futile. Instead we’d like to talk about solutions for how we can tactfully close this gap and address the shortage of talents in the cybersecurity space.
