About The Event

We invite you to attend our event "Cybersecurity Culture: How to Build Trust and Learn from Failure”, where Thomas Mosel, Principal Product and Solution Security Officer at Siemens will touch upon the key components of cyber security culture and the benefits of a solid cybersecurity culture.

It goes without saying that cyber security measures do not exist in a vacuum, and need to work in accordance with people. The cyber security challenges facing managers or leaders in all organizations is consuming greater attention and seems to show this tendency in the years ahead. So what can be done? Organisational leadership has a critical role in building effective security. Developing a culture of cyber security where the values and attitudes align with organisational objectives has to be of substantial interest to cyber security leaders.

What does it take to build a model of cybersecurity culture in 2021? We are aware of the problem: not every organisation understands how to develop a healthy cyber security culture.

Thomas Mosel is a Cybersecurity Professional with global experience. Protecting Siemens Smart Infrastructure Products and Solution against cyber threats through appropriate risk management and compliance to international standards and best practices are his main objectives. He holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Information Security from the HSLU in Lucerne.
