Financial Institutions must evaluate and adapt to the ever-increasing risk of cyberattacks, as they do represent a common target. Financial Institution group discusses subjects related to cybersecurity and the finance sector.

We convene leaders across Switzerland to discuss emerging topics and explore implications of cyber security trends within the financial industry. 

The working group aimed to build confidence and trust in the use of digital financial services and gather cyber security experts to share challenges, explore compliance and best practices for cybersecurity specifically on financial infrastructures and help to develop knowledge, technical tools for policymakers to address digital fraud, protect the privacy of consumer data and stay informed of new issues related to digital financial services.

Working group

With an ever-increasing number of cyberattacks, the pressure from regulatory agencies and the need to protect the brand reputation pose a significant challenge to improve cybersecurity preparedness, response, and resiliency. 

This limited, invitation-only working group is for all security professionals in the financial sector to share their expertise and enhance the current strategies with a proactive approach.  Participants meet on a quarterly basis at which either a roundtable discussion or presentation is held.
